Want to be a global program leader who scales safety initiatives worldwide Are you looking for a role with international impact and high visibility We are looking for a motivated detailoriented selfstarter to join as a Sr. Program Manager on the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Accountability team!
In this role youll take endtoend ownership for expanding and creating safety programs internationally. We seek a leader who can navigate complex global requirements communicate effectively and consistently deliver results through crossfunctional teams at massive scale. Having the ability to scale and adapt successful programs to regions while meeting regional requirements will be a key focus in this role. We are looking for someone who can own global program expansion including research design/localization stakeholder alignment across regions influencing partner team roadmaps development of global KPIs and overseeing excellent execution. You will be successful in this role if you can manage multiple competing regional priorities while delivering cohesive global solutions. You will need to be a proven program leader with strong analytical capabilities and communication skills.
Key job responsibilities
Analyze regional requirements and local regulations to adapt safety programs
Design scalable program frameworks that can meet diverse regional needs
Create and deliver multiyear global expansion roadmaps in partnership with regional teams
Build relationships with stakeholders internationally to drive alignment and program adoption
Define and document business requirements that enable regionalization leveraging common tech infrastructure
Create KPIs to track progress globally
Lead executive communications across multiple regions
Manage complex business risks across varying regulatory environments
Navigate dependencies across global technical and nontechnical teams
Own program execution through regional operations teams
Prioritize initiatives across teams to deliver maximum impact and align this prioritization across stakeholders

A day in the life
In this role you will lead the global expansion of safety programs for Delivery Service Partners. Youll start your day connecting with international stakeholders to understand regional needs and constraints. Youll spend time analyzing data across regions to identify patterns and opportunities for standardization. Youll work closely with regional teams to adapt successful programs while preserving their core safety impact. Youll write documents that resonate with diverse audiences and present to senior leadership across multiple regions. Then youll develop regionspecific business requirements success metrics and manage endtoend delivery across multiple time zones.

We love combining data with customer feedback to design permanent solutions to challenging problems. Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience in program or project management
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Experience in complex problem solving and working in a tight schedule environment
Bachelors degree
Experience leading process improvements
MBA
Bachelors degree in BI finance engineering statistics computer science mathematics finance or equivalent quantitative field
Intermediate knowledge of either Python or SQL
