What Is The Opportunity
The Nisos Intelligence Team known as Pandion executes Nisos Intelligence Services offerings. Pandions cadre of Senior Intelligence Analysts (SIAs) are experienced in providing actionable analysis for a diverse set of challenging issues ranging from geopolitical to cybersecurity. SIAs can craft and deliver finished intelligence products across most of our service lines but might need to outsource portions of the work to other team members who are specialists in some areas. In their career trajectory SIAs are working to further hone and refine their already substantial investigative technical and writing skills.
Specifically the SIATechnical (SIAT) serves as a technical expert and will work closely with Pandion colleagues to enhance digital investigations and technical data analysis. The SIAT will be responsible for conducting networkbased cybercrime investigations technical analysis and software/tool testing and network traffic analysis. Successful candidates will possess a blend of strong technical investigative skills and analytic writing acumen.
Who You Are & What You Bring
The SIAT should have at least 58 years of recent experience as an allsource intelligence analyst in the defense or intelligence community or in an investigative analytical role in law enforcement or a private sector organization. The SIAT should possess the following knowledge skills and abilities and will be expected to expertly execute the following activities:
- Enthusiastic team player with a strong handson attitude; flexible and adaptable; a problem solver
- Skilled in technical analysis and software/tool testing including network traffic analysis
- Previous experience using tools such as Wireshark Burpsuite etc
- Identify infiltrate and monitor online communities of interest that are selling public data
- Create and write analytic intelligence reports regarding acquired public datasets
- Help evaluate new tools and datasets for integration into proprietary workflows or technology
- Craft finished analytical products incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts to senior executives and other decisionmakers
- Effectively brief analytic findings to clients and articulate key recommendations or implications
- Demonstrate strong skills in the collection management manipulation and analysis of structured and unstructured data
- Develop new datadriven methodologies and efficiencies to enable core Pandion workflows
- Be adaptable and flexible in realtime to meet shifting client or organizational demands
- Lead or support complex digital investigations
- Employ OSINT techniques to collect and analyze public data
- Continuously improve knowledge of current OSINT investigative methodologies and toolsets
- Be comfortable and experienced crafting both tactical and strategic analysis
- Experienced investigating and assessing the online footprint of an assorted range of entities (individuals companies nation states)
- Fluency or proficiency in another language is a plus but not required

Where Youll Work
While these positions report to our Alexandria VA headquarters office our Pandion team is distributed nationwide and full remote work opportunities are available. You must be authorized to work in the United States.
