Business Operations Lead Naviam About us: Naviam is a global leader in enterprise asset management software with 350 employees globally 10x growth in 4 years and profitable from day 1. Were now hiring our first Business Operations Lead following 7 acquisitions in the last 3 years (with more under way!). This is a varied role with a lot of responsibility and exposure to all aspects of the business as well as to entrepreneurship through acquisition. Musthave requirements: - 13 years of experience in strategy consulting business operations or a related field
- Project management skills including planning execution and tracking
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectivelyadopting new technology platforms and tools (e.g. CRM systems AI tools data analytics platforms)
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
- Ability to see the big picture and understand how operational improvements contribute to overall business goals
- Excel & PowerPoint proficiency
Desirable requirements: - Interest & experience with M&A and integration activities
- Experience running projects with crossfunctional and crossregional teams
What the job involves: - Owning multiple operational improvement projects and ensuring their success (e.g. implementing new pricing strategy CRM merger professional services utilization optimization invoicing process automation)
- Working with internal stakeholders in all functions (sales marketing product operations finance) to drive your projects to success
- Close work with company management (CEO/CFO/CCO/CSO)
- Identify and design additional opportunities to improve the business
