Mortgage Advisor Nottingham
Basic Salary: 28000 to 32000
On Target Earnings: 45000 to 60000
Are you an experienced Mortgage Advisor looking to join a reputable and forwardthinking estate agency Our client a leading independent estate agent is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Mortgage Advisor to join their inbranch team providing mortgage advice to clients across the 4 branch network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert mortgage advice to clients tailored to their individual needs and financial circumstances.
- Conduct thorough factfinds and affordability assessments in line with FCA regulations.
- Offer a full range of mortgage products from a panel of lenders as well as protection and insurance options.
- Work closely with the sales team to deal with incomingleads and ensure a seamless customer journey from property search through to mortgage completion.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of mortgage products market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all client files are maintained to compliance standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients keeping them informed and supported throughout the process.
The Ideal Candidate:
- CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified with experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
- Proven track record in a mortgage sales role ideally within an estate agency or broker environment.
- Strong understanding of the mortgage market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a proactive approach to generating business.
- Organised detailoriented and able to manage a busy pipeline.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
