Job Description
As our next Food & Beverage Supervisor you will:
- Check in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service
- Conduct checks to ensure that enough products are on hand to serve customers order items as needed and generate inventory reports for superiors
- Ensure that the outlets meet all sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage restaurant staffs work schedules and allocate tasks efficiently
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain high standards
- Resolve guests complaints promptly and professionally
- Train and mentor new staff members on company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Implement and maintain quality control measures for food and beverage service
- Organise and oversee special events or promotions within the restaurant bar and banqueting
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws and food safety regulations
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to improve service and increase profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
- Maintain accurate records of staff performance inventory and financial transactions
Qualifications :
- previous experience in similar role is required
- right to work in the UK is required
- customer service skills
