Product Marketing Manager MEA

As part of our mission we want to expand our product to more and more countries and the Middle East and African regions are a key focus for us. Our goal is to offer an account that allows people to send receive hold and spend money in a simple instant and lowcost way across the world.

This role will sit within the MEA regional team mapping opportunities across the region and planning how to expand our product. Its essential that the team deeply understands the local customers and their needs.

We expect the MEA PMM to be the voice of the customer within the team helping Wise build a product that truly fits user needs across different countries in the region with a strong focus on markets like the UAE Saudi Arabia South Africa Turkey and Israel.

This position will also help us scale by working closely with the marketing team to plan launches and craft strategies that support our growth delivering messages that clearly and effectively communicate the product to customers.

Your Role:

• Collaborate with the research team to gain a comprehensive understanding of our local customers business or consumer identifying key customer demographics trends and opportunities.
• Influence the product roadmap utilising market and customer insights ranging from UX localisation to new features.
• Work closely with growth marketing managers on new product and feature launches by providing clear insights into target customers key benefits core messaging and competitive insights.
• Regularly monitor and analyse retention metrics NPS scores and CS feedback to refine our product offerings and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Identifying key areas of improvement across product discovery and ensuring they are aligned to local customer needs
• Working closely with the regional marketing team providing essential information for their creative processes and validating materials to ensure they accurately represent the product offering.
• Support our global product teams with local knowledge ensuring that the global teams will enhance our global product by taking into consideration our local specifications.
• You will serve as the local user voice across multiple teams ensuring that both product and marketing teams make the best decisions based on user needs.

Skills That Might Describe You:

• Proven experience in product marketing with a focus on multicountry or regional strategies. Extra points for persons with MEA experience. 
• Strong analytical ability to understand complex market dynamics and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
• Skilled in crossfunctional collaboration aligning product development with market and user insights.
• Proficient in data analysis identifying trends and opportunities in global markets with a focus on NPS and CS feedback.
• Excellent communication skills proficient in English capable of working effectively in a diverse multinational environment.
