Gestionnaire Sinistres RC H/F

Gestion dun portefeuille de 350 sinistres (environ) Responsabilit Civile Entreprises sur des comptes nationaux et multinationaux

• Assurer le pilotage du dossier en coordination avec les courtiers et assurs

• Analyser les garanties du contrat

• Dterminer les responsabilits

• Missionner les experts les avocats et les mdecins

• Ngocier le rglement des sinistres lamiable ou au judiciaire

• Effectuer un contrle financier par le biais de rvisions rgulires et de rserves ajustes

• Participer des runions aux cts de nos conseils des assurs et des courtiers

• Grer des sinistres pour le compte des bureaux trangers dans le cadre de programmes internationaux

• Collaborer avec le dpartement souscription RC en les tenant informs des sinistres concernant leur portefeuille

• Faire remonter linformation importante sur les sinistres au responsable dquipe et aux parties prenantes internes

Votre profil:

• Niveau Master en Droit de prfrence en droit des assurances

• Exprience en gestion de sinistres en Responsabilit Civile Gnrale en compagnie dassurances ou dans un cabinet de courtage.

• Excellentes qualits dexpression orale et crite.

• Matrise du pack office.

• Anglais professionnel courant.
