The Finance Business Partner will play a key role in building the endtoend processes to drive insights and analysis to enhance Reference Labs financial performance outside of North America. This position will support financial planning analysis and performance reporting while providing compelling business insights to optimize resource allocation and support key initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving simplicity from the complex navigating diverse sets of data and an ability to create new reporting insights focused on the needs of the business vs. purely supporting financial reporting cycles.
