Job Description
We are recruiting Germanspeaking Customer Advisors to join a dynamic team in Mlaga supporting a leading international hotel group. You will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls delivering highquality support and ensuring an excellent guest experience.
Key Details:
Location: Onsite in Mlaga (Paseo del Muelle Uno Distrito Centro)
Contract: Indefinite term (2month probation period)
Schedule: 39 hours/week Monday to Sunday 8:0022:00 (rotating shifts with alternating weekends)
Salary: 1916.66/month (gross)
Training: Onsite fulltime (9:0018:00)
Requirements:
Native or bilingual level of German
Advanced English (minimum C1)
Valid NIE NAF and a Spanish bank account
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong communication skills and a customerfirst mindset
Comfortable working with calls and structured procedures
Ability to multitask stay organized and manage time effectively
Teamoriented but also capable of working independently
Calm and solutionfocused under pressure
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
