Job Description
As Operational Procurement Specialist youll be responsible for the efficient and timely procurement of networking equipment and services including switches routers and firewalls. Your ERP expertise and technical mindset will help drive smooth operations.
What you will do:
- Manage endtoend procurement for IT & Network hardware and services
- Use Business Central to handle procurement data and supplier interactions
- Collaborate with technical teams to define purchasing requirements
- Support contract and price negotiations with suppliers
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate ontime deliveries
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies
What you bring & who you are:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain or similar
- Experience in operational procurement ideally in the IT & Network field
- Proficient in Business Central or similar ERP platforms
- Technically inclined and familiar with routers switches and firewalls
- Strong communicator in English; German skills are a plus
- Structured detailoriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities
