Pricing Manager

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Pricing Manager to develop implement and optimise pricing strategies across Flywires global payments solutions. This role will be responsible for analysing market trends assessing competitor pricing models and collaborating with internal teams to maximise revenue and profitability while ensuring a seamless payment experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic pricing models that align with Flywires business objectives and market positioning.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess trends and pricing benchmarks across industries and regions.
• Collaborate with sales product and finance teams to optimise pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and client retention.
• Analyse transaction data and pricing performance to identify opportunities for price optimization and margin improvement.
• Monitor regulatory and economic factors that impact pricing decisions and ensure compliance with regional and global regulations.
• Establish pricing governance frameworks including approval processes and documentation for pricing changes.
• Present pricing recommendations and reports to senior leadership supporting datadriven decisionmaking.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of pricing models and financial analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business economics finance mathematics or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
• At least three to five years of experience in pricing strategy financial analysis or revenue management in a fintech payments SaaS or financial services environment.
• Strong data analysis and modeling skills with experience using tools such as Excel SQL Python or BI platforms.
• Ability to translate complex pricing data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics competitive pricing strategies and revenue optimization techniques.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
• Experience working in a global organisation with knowledge of multicurrency pricing structures and international payment regulations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
