Description

dopay is seeking a results driven and strategic Senior Growth Marketing Manager with a focus on B2B. This role will lead and be responsible for designing and executing innovative growth strategies to increase the customer acquisition and take ownership of customer engagement retention and advocacy initiatives for our growing B2B client base.

You will lead and manage teams efforts to increase dopays market share within the B2B space by optimizing the customer journey leveraging data and identifying growth opportunities across multiple channels and deepen relationships with our business clients and their employees. You will play a key role in ensuring campaigns are datadriven highly targeted and deliver strong ROI across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities

    • Growth Campaign Strategy & Media Buying: Design create and lead a 360 Growth performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition across various media buying channels including Google Ads social media display networks programmatic advertising and email marketing.
    • Customer Acquisition: Design and manage multichannel B2B lead generation campaigns (email paid media SEO/SEM social media webinars events) to attract business clients across multiple industries. Collaborate with the sales team to generate highquality leads.
    • Demand Generation & Inbound Marketing: Design and optimize inbound marketing strategies including content marketing SEO and targeted campaigns to create brand awareness and generate demand within key business segments.
    • DataDriven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics tools (Google Analytics HubSpot etc.) and continuously monitor campaign performance making adjustments to optimize key metrics such as conversion rates cross MQL SQL . Signing CAC ROI CTR and LTV
    • Lifecycle Marketing: Lead the development of customer lifecycle marketing strategies from onboarding through to renewal and advocacy. Ensure that customers are fully engaged at each stage of their journey by providing relevant timely and personalized communications across multiple channels including email SMS push notifications and inapp messaging.
    • Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize the end to end marketing funnel per assets channel per industry per persona identifying areas for improvement in the customer journey and removing friction points. to improve key metrics such as MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) to SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) with a proper signing conversion
    • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Apply A/B testing methodologies to test hypotheses optimize marketing tactics and continuously improve campaign performance. Run tests across landing pages ad copy email subject lines and promotional offers.
    • SEO & SEM Alignment: Collaborate with the SEO team to align paid search efforts with organic search strategies ensuring both paid and organic channels work synergistically to achieve the highest impact.
    • Reporting & KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for B2B growth marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on marketing performance growth milestones and optimization opportunities.
    • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the performance marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI while minimizing CPL CAC. Track and report on budget spend forecasting and optimizing for better financial outcomes.
    • Market trends & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends competitive activity and emerging channels to ensure that dopays campaigns are innovative and ahead of the curve.
    • Retention & LTV Focus: Develop programs that not only attract new business clients but also enhance retention rates and increase lifetime value (LTV). Focus on upselling crossselling and relationshipbuilding tactics with existing customers.
    • Collaboration with Sales & Product Teams: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Provide feedback from marketing campaigns that can be used to enhance the product offerings.
    • Partnership Marketing: Develop and manage partnerships with strategic B2B companies and industry influencers to expand market reach and create comarketing opportunities.


Requirements

        • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
        • 6 years of experience in growth marketing demand generation or B2B marketing in a SaaS fintech or B2B environment.
        • Strong track record in B2B growth marketing lead generation analytics and scalable marketing tactics.
        • Excellent management and communication project management skills
        • Sense of Ownership & Responsibility Proactive & SelfMotivated ProblemSolving Skills
        • Experience in collaborating with sales and product teams to drive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
        • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics Google Tag Manager or other performance tracking tools to drive decisionmaking.
        • Strong experience in media buying and optimizing the end to end marketing funnel to generate leads convert them into opportunities and improve conversion rates.
        • Deep understanding of metrics like CTR CPA ROI ROAS and experience optimizing campaigns based on data insights.
        • Strong experience with B2B marketing automation tools CRM (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics SEMrush).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in fintech or financial services is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with B2B buyer personas and experience in tailoring marketing efforts to Clevel executives (CFOs CHROs CEOs).
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and handson media buying paid acquisition channels.
  • Experience in using CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
