Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional IT Specialist aka the tech guy . This passionate technical warrior will be working on IT activities at SNAP14 working closely with the General Manager. We are seeking an experienced and versatile IT Specialist to join our team. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities including user account management hardware maintenance network management and technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage user accounts permissions and access to Zoho Apps Google Workspace and other IT systems prioritizing data security and privacy.
- Oversee the provisioning and distribution of IT devices (computers laptops mobile devices etc.) to employees ensuring proper setup and configuration.
- Ensure proper functioning of all hardware including computers peripherals and networking equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues promptly.
- Manage and maintain the companys network infrastructure including routers switches firewalls and wireless access points.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all ITrelated inquiries and issues providing technical assistance and timely problem resolution.
- Collaborate with the marketing and analysis teams to assist with ITspecific tasks such as data analysis data integration and automation.
- Stay informed about the latest technology trends and industry best practices to suggest and implement improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT procedures policies and solutions.
- Provide training and support to endusers to ensure efficient and effective use of IT systems.

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure hardware software and networking concepts.
- Experience with user account management access control and data security.
- Solid troubleshooting and problemsolving skills for both software and hardware issues.
- Familiarity with network management including routers switches and firewalls.
- Excellent organizational communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
