Job Description
What you will be doing
- Energy billing calculations of electric gas solar water and HVAC for our tenants and clients
- Process and verify payment checks
- Prepare issue and send out invoices to customers
- Track and manage outstanding receivables
- Handle year-end closings ensuring accuracy in financial statements
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all billing and collection activities
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any billing discrepancies
More about you
- Proven experience in utility billing accounts receivable or a similar accounting role
- Experience in year-end closings and financial statement preparation
- Familiarity with accounting software and invoicing systems
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- You speak English and German fluently
