We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Trainer & Migration Specialist who can deliver handson training to business users transitioning from Google Workspace (Gmail) to Microsoft 365 and also manage the technical migration process
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and structured training sessions (basic to intermediate level) for administrative and frontline staff on Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook Teams OneDrive SharePoint and Office Web Apps.
Customize training content based on participants prior use of Gmail and Google Drive.
Provide posttraining user support and tips for better adoption.
Lead the endtoend migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 including:
Email migration (Gmail to Outlook)
Calendar contacts and Drive data transfer
Domain and DNS setup
License activation and basic Microsoft 365 tenant configuration
Ensure minimal disruption and proper documentation of the process.
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in both training and IT migration projects (minimum 3 years).
Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps especially in webbased environments (Business Basic F1).
Experience migrating organizations from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 (via native tools or thirdparty tools like BitTitan CloudM etc.).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage users with varying levels of digital literacy.
Microsoft certifications such as MCT MS900 or equivalent are a plus.

Patient approachable and able to simplify technical concepts for nontechnical users
