About the team

The PwC Operate Application Management Services (AMS) is looking to recruit individuals with a proven track record in Microsoft Dynamics solutions. You will be joining an established team of Support Consultants who provide support and enhancement services to Dynamicsclients in the UK and overseas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Dynamics 365 FinOps (Finance and Operation) utilizing expertise in debugging and problemsolving techniques to manage issues effectively.
  • Maintain and manage D365 FinOps environments ensuring their stability reliability and performance.
  • Utilize Life Cycle Services (LCS) to diagnose and troubleshoot issues leveraging LCS tools effectively for system diagnostics.
  • Experience in working with Azure Logic Apps and integrating them with D365FO operations when necessary.
  • Understand and resolve issues related to performance configuration or D365FO operations ensuring minimal downtime and loss of productivity.
  • Utilize debugging tools like trace parser and KSQL effectively to identify and rectify technical issues related to D365FO operations.
  • Proactively monitor the D365FO environment and processes ensuring system efficiency and identifying patterns that could lead to potential issues.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for internal stakeholders providing consistent updates regarding bug fixes technical difficulties and general queries.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 37 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 FinOps in a support or development role.
  • Solid understanding of Azure Logic Apps LCS diagnostics and other related technologies.
  • Proven experience in bug fixing issue tracing and using debug tools like trace parser and KSQL.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with a strong technical mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
