Our technology enables pathologists and oncologists to make better diagnostic decisions by predicting which patients will benefit from specific treatments. At Mindpeak youll work with leaders in AI pathology and entrepreneurship to shape the future of cancer diagnostics.
Your mission
Were looking for a strategic and proactive Senior Account Executive to drive highvalue sales with pharma clients. In this role youll build and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities own the full cycle from lead to close and act as a trusted partner to our internal medical and product teams. Your focus will be translational research and nonclinical projectbased saleshelping pharma customers navigate complex biomarker development challenges using our AI tools.

Location: Europebased flexible with travel

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive ongoing pharma deals: Manage followups engage key stakeholders and move leads through the pipeline to close.
  • Develop new opportunities: Proactively identify and approach stakeholders in Top 30 pharma companies and develop strategies to engage them.
  • Own the RFP process: Monitor relevant opportunities coordinate inputs across internal teams and ensure timely submission.
  • Act as a strategic partner: Work closely with founders and medical experts to align sales efforts with scientific and product priorities.
  • Build trust in earlystage pharma: Engage customers in preclinical or translational phases with tailored consultative sales approaches.
  • Support external positioning: Collaborate with Marketing to develop pharmarelevant materials such as presentations webinars and white papers.
  • Contribute to strategic growth: Help shape our pharma advisory board and identify future product or partnership opportunities.
Collaboration
  • Reports directly to the CEO
  • Works crossfunctionally with medical product and marketing teams
  • Flexible on location within Europe but willing to travel regularly to meet partners and attend industry events
Your profile
Experience:
  • Profound sales experience ideally in consultative B2B environments. Experience throughout the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Proven success selling into pharma or life sciences preferably for tissue diagnostics
  • Experience working in Startups/ Scaleups is a plus
  • Bonus: experience selling for CROs diagnostics digital pathology or biomarker companies into Pharmaceutical companies.
Skills:
  • Strong ownership of sales pipeline: from prospecting to deal closing
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align sales strategy with customer goals and company vision
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English (German is a plus)
  • Comfort with biological or technical terminology (you can speak pharma)
  • Patient persistent and able to build deep trustbased customer relationships
