Your tasks
- Support the development and maintenance of biomedical software
- Work on backend ( and Python) and optionally frontend (React and TypeScript) components
- Contribute to the implementation and automation of CI/CD pipelines
- Assist in containerization and deployment processes using Docker
- Collaborate with researchers and developers in interdisciplinary biomedical projects
- Participate in code reviews version control (Git/GitLab) and documentation efforts
Your profile
- Enrolled in a Masters program in Computer Science (or related fields like Physics or Mathematics with strong programming experience)
- Confident in working with Python Git/GitLab and Docker
- Experience with CI/CD workflows is a plus
- Independent structured working style and
willingness to learn - Interest in biomedical or medical applications is highly desirable
- Previous experience in the biomedical domain is a plus but not required
