About the role

Were looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with a passion for audio a strong track record of training and deploying models and the drive to create realworld impactbeyond just papers and benchmarks. Join a small focused team building the core algorithms behind our products where youll take full ownership of the machine learning lifecycle

Tasks

• Model development & deployment: Design train evaluate optimize and deploy deep learning models for speech enhancementand more. Our work spans both lightweight models for edge devices and highperformance models for the cloud.
• Datacentric development: Build curate and refine training datasets and simulation pipelines. Develop robust evaluation frameworks to drive model performance.
• MLOps & Tooling: Help us continuously improve our internal tools pipelines and infrastructure to accelerate iteration and ensure reliability.

Requirements

• 5 years of handson experience building and iterating on custom deep learning models ideally in a startup or productcentric environment
• Strong expertise in audio and speech processingyou understand the quirks challenges and beauty of sound.
• Experience with sequencetosequence and generative models.
• Expertlevel proficiency with PyTorch and its ecosystem.
• Familiarity with cloudbased training setups experiment tracking tools and modern development practices. You write clean modular productionready code.
• A startup mindset: Youre comfortable with ambiguity take initiative and value robust solutions over academic perfection.
