We are looking for a Customer Experience & Digital Strategy Expert (f/m/d)to join our SE team as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the groupwide customer experience vision for Energy Retail enabling local units to create bestinclass digital experiences
  • Contribute to designing the techenabled customer service strategy incorporating AIpowered solutions to optimize service channels and improve efficiency
  • Assist in enhancing intelligence and analytics capabilities to develop a 360 customer view
  • Collaborate with local units to implement digital initiatives in customer experience and service excellence
  • Work closely with deployment teams across countries to ensure optimized installation capacity and a seamless customer experience
  • Facilitate best practice sharing across local units to enhance digital experience and operational excellence
  • Support the Playmaker strategy e.g. with focus on Digital Bill

Your Profile

  • University degree in Business Administration Economics Engineering or a quantitative discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Experience Digital Strategy or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and a datadriven mindset to support decisionmaking and strategy development
  • Knowledge of AIdriven customer service solutions and digital transformation trends
  • Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work in a crossfunctional international environment and engage with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive adaptable and solutionfocused approach to managing complex challenges
  • Passion for continuous learning innovation and customercentric strategies
  • Willingness to travel to our European regions
