Your mission
Drive the digital workplace at IONITY.
Were expanding our IT team and looking for a (Junior) IT Systems Administrator to help build and maintain a robust modern workplace environment. If youre motivated by practical problemsolving thrive in a collaborative setting and are excited about supporting a techforward workforce wed like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:Provide 1st and 2nd level support for our internal IT systems and services.
Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes with an eye for detail and efficiency.
Support and continuously improve our IT infrastructure with a mindset for automation and operational excellence.
Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance user experience and system performance.
Participate in our weekly remote phone shift rota (with additional compensation).
Serve as a point of contact for ITrelated questions helping colleagues resolve issues reliably.
Support workplace security standards and best practices in close cooperation with our cybersecurity team.

Microsoft 365 Azure AD Intune Defender for Endpoint
JAMF (for Mac environments)
Windows / macOS / iOS / iPadOS
Atlassian Tools (Jira Confluence etc.)
AWS (selected infrastructure)
Dracoon (secure file sharing)
ChatGPT and other productivity tools

What to Expect
Work model: Hybrid primarily remote with 13 days/week in our Munich office.
Team: Collaborative and international we work closely across functions and value transparency and mutual support.
Communication: English (company language) and German (B2 required) other languages are welcome.
Engagement: Expect handson experience and opportunities to grow your technical and interpersonal skills.
Events: Join team meetups trainings tech events and internal knowledgesharing sessions.
