Job Description
Omio is seeking a strategicallyminded and analytically sharp New Ventures & Strategy Manager to lead highimpact initiatives that unlock growth and enhance operational excellence. This is a highvisibility role for someone who combines the structured thinking of management consulting or investment banking with a passion for building and scaling within a fastmoving tech environment.
Youll work directly with senior leadership and crossfunctional teams to turn data into action shape strategic decisions and drive initiatives that move the needle for the business. This role is ideal for former consultants or operators looking to apply their skills beyond slide decksbringing bold ideas to life and helping scale what matters most.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to identify and evaluate strategic opportunities that drive growth efficiency and longterm value.
- Lead complex crossfunctional initiatives across Product Marketing Analytics and Operations ensuring alignment and timely execution.
- Build scalable frameworks and planning tools to support executive decisionmaking track performance and prioritize what matters.
- Analyze core business metrics synthesize insights and recommend action plans that drive measurable improvement.
- Spot inefficiencies and operational pain points and implement practical highimpact solutions.
- Champion a testandlearn culturebringing both rigor and agility to how we tackle business challenges.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in management consulting (e.g. McKinsey BCG Bain) investment banking or strategy roles in tech marketplaces or SaaS.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering crossfunctional strategic initiatives in dynamic fastpaced environments.
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in Excel and BI tools (e.g. SQL Looker Tableau) to extract insights and drive decisions.
- High EQ and excellent communication skillsable to influence stakeholders at all levels and translate complex ideas into compelling narratives.
- Selfstarter with a strong sense of ownership adaptability and a bias for action.
