Senior/Principal Product Manager, Retailer App - (Quick Commerce)

Were on the lookout for a Senior/Principal Product Manager to  join the Quick Commerce team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.  

Youll lead our mobile app experience for largescale supermarkets helping transform the offline retail giants of the world into digitalfirst businesses. Youll bridge the physical and digital worlds creating intuitive mobile solutions that bring beloved local retailers directly to consumers fingertips with our Quick Commerce platform in 70 countries. 

Youll own the product roadmap for our supermarket experience collaborating directly with teams based across the globe to shape how major retailers use our platform. We believe in giving our product people real ownership you wont be spending most of your time writing detailed specs for engineers to implement. Instead youll:

• Spend time in actual supermarkets understanding how staff work and where our app fits

• Build a vision for how mobile technology can transform traditional retail operations

• Focus on highleverage product decisions that create impact across our platform

• Ship improvements that measurably increase efficiency for largescale retailers

• Balance shortterm wins with longterm platform evolution

Be part of redefining how customers experience quick commerce. Youll help build technology that scales our nonfood offerings reaching new market segments and driving revenue growth. By innovating within our Quick Commerce Team youll make Delivery Hero the goto platform for a broad range of products helping us grow faster and deliver more value to customers around the world.

Qualifications :

What were looking for isnt just experience its a specific mindset:

• You have genuine curiosity about retail operations and empathy for the people working in stores

• You think in systems and understand how mobile experiences fit into broader operational workflows

• You have excellent product taste and can tell the difference between a feature that looks good in a spec and one that works brilliantly in reality

• Youre comfortable with ambiguity and can navigate between competing priorities

• You communicate clearly and can articulate the why behind product decisions

• Youre equally excited about delighting both the retail staff using our app and the end customers getting their deliveries

Having said that 5 years of product management experience is a must for this role. It ensures that you have gone through multiple iterations and phases of product building which is crucial to succeed in this role.
