Job Description
Accelerate patient enrollment in clinical trials with Trials24/SubjectWell facilitating access to lifechanging medications. We support biopharmaceutical companies and CROs in completing their clinical trials on time bringing innovative drugs to patients faster.

Tasks
- Patient screening Offer toptier customer service (no sales involved).
- You will assist the patients until they are successfully linked with the study site.
Requirements
- Fluent in Czech (L1 speaker with a minimum of C2 level) and English (C1 minimum operational language).
- You completed an education or a degree in medicine or a medically related profession.
- You have experience with phone and email inquiries preferably in a call center.
- You have solid PC skills and IT affinity.
- You have a separate quiet home workspace and a reliable internet connection: Minimum 25 Mbit/s download and 5 Mbit/s upload DSL speed.
