Principal Fullstack Engineer
Descripcin:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. 710 years of development and architecture experience Strong enterprise architecture background (processes data methodologies frameworks security) Knowledge of integration patterns including gateways message buses and eventbased support services (Mulesoft API Gateway Kafka Kinesis Pub/Sub etc.) Experience across multiple application tech stacks and databases. Preferably use ReactJS on the front end and NET/RoR/Java/NodeJS on the back end. Designing and implementing composable APIfirst architectures leveraging services from SaaS and inhouse solutions Experience working with data architectures including relational and documentbased database engines (MongoDB Elastic Postgres MySQL etc.) Experience designing appropriate infrastructure architectures in a cloud environment (AWS GCP Azure) Strong knowledge of authentication for services and users (Token authentication OAuth OpenID Okta) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences Experience in conducting feasibility studies and cost estimation for IT projects. Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment. Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
Responsabilidades:
Design and implement robust scalable and maintainable fullstack solutions using .NET Java and . Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and QA to deliver highquality products. Lead the architectural design of new systems and enhance existing systems to meet evolving business needs. Mentor junior engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Ensure code quality through code reviews automated testing and adherence to development best practices. Optimize performance across the stack to meet user experience expectations and system requirements. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to improving team processes and efficiency.
