Job Description
As an IT Infrastructure Audit you will assess IT infrastructures conduct thorough audits and provide actionable insights to improve system effectiveness and compliance. Youll work closely with technical teams to uphold industry best practices and regulatory standards.
Shift: Monday to Friday 01:00 PM 05:00 PM EST (PartTime); 08:00 AM 05:00 PM EST (FullTime after 3 months)
Work setup: Work From Home/Remote
Your Daily Tasks
- Conduct infrastructure audits of client environments
- Evaluate the effectiveness of IT infrastructure including network servers security storage and backups
- Review and assess infrastructure against best practices
- Assess IT processes for efficiency and compliance
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings recommendations and action plans
- Collaborate with the IT project team
- Provide support and guidance on IT compliance efforts and regulatory requirements
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- 3 years of experience in IT auditing or a related field
- Proficiency in auditing IT systems applications and infrastructure
- Experience with IT control frameworks such as ITIL (certified preferred)
- Familiarity with servers databases networks and security controls
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey audit findings and recommendations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit projects simultaneously
- Experience with Windows Server
- Networking knowledge (VLAN TCP/IP DMZ etc.)
- Cybersecurity tools (e.g. Scanner CIS)
- Experience with Citrix (XenApp NetScaler)
- Firewall technologies (Fortinet FortiGate)
- Troubleshooting Servers and Clients (Entra ID DNS DHCP Conditional Access)
- Strong background in IT audit and documentation
