Job Description
The Sales Manager for Engineering and Consulting Service plays a critical role in driving the companys growth and success in the Chinese market. This position demands a high level of strategic thinking leadership and industry expertise.
- Responsible for sales in light chemical Engineering industry.
- Responsible for developing and implementing the sales and marketing strategy for the business contributing to AFRYs strategy development in China.
- Responsible for sales planning develop new business opportunities and to maintain existing client base.
- Records and updates sales opportunities in company data base.
- Responsible for tracks of KAM maintaining
- Responsible to achieve personal sales targets.
- Supports Project Manager during project execution in issues like payment collection or change orders

Qualifications :
Education
- Minimum bachelors degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent
Relevant working experience
- More than 10 years working experience in pulp and paper industry light chemical industry or mining &metal etc;
- Working experience in international companies will be a plus
Computer and language skill
- Competent in both English writing and speaking
- Familiar with Microsoft office (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.)
Interpersonal or Management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skill
- Good team cooperation and management competence
Leadership skills
- Demonstrable ability to manage complex relationships with clients.
- Strategic mindset and tactical drive.
Others
- Flexible for frequent travelling
- Strong work initiative
