What youll be doing
Join our CIBC Technology Operations team as a Business Systems Analyst in this Coop role have a real impact in making our clients ambitions a reality! This is a great opportunity to be a part of an innovationfocused team that is helping to drive CIBCs digital transformation by supporting the design and implementation of largescale technology projects and initiatives. In this role you will partner with professionals to ensure systems are operating flawlessly. You will provide application or infrastructure technical expertise as needed for projects and initiatives related to a Business Analyst you will use your analytical skills to support the team in conducting analysis that will help define the business strategy. You will ideate and collaborate with a diverse team to create and build flexible innovative solutions that deliver a bestinclass client our team and stretch your communications and evaluation skills to help enhance the banking experience for the modern world.

How youll succeed
- Understanding Requirements Work closely with Business Partners to guide formulation of complex business requirements and solution design discussions to meet project needs.
- Relationship Building Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to understand and continuously improve the Analytics delivery for all current and future projects.
- Project Management be part of complex projects to design strategic solutions aligned to CIBCs enterprise architecture roadmap
