Job Description

GEA Separation & Flow Technologies a division of the global GEA Group designs and manufactures process engineering components including separators decanters homogenizers valves and pumps. Our solutions are essential in industries such as food & beverage chemicals pharmaceuticals biotech energy marine and environmental applications.

Responsibilities / Tasks

The Role

We are looking for a strategic and handson Head of Service Branch Canada to lead our Field Service operations. You will be responsible for managing service teams optimizing operational efficiency driving customer satisfaction and growing our service business across the country.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all Canadian Field Service activities (maintenance repair and support)
  • Grow the Field Service business and increase customer value
  • Manage service schedules and team utilization to meet client needs
  • Set and align service targets processes and performance standards
  • Support and implement global and regional service strategies
  • Monitor market trends improve service methods and share best practices
  • Collaborate with sales teams and act as a key liaison with customers
  • Ensure high service quality timely billing and accurate reporting
  • Promote training innovation and continuous improvement in the service team

Your Profile / Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Trade School or High School Diploma required
  • Degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred
  • 5 years of leadership experience in service operations
  • Proven ability to manage and grow service teams
  • Strong technical expertise in industrial equipment maintenance
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)
  • Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills
  • Strong business understanding and customer focus
