AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Reporting to the Supervisor Community Safety Programs & Planning this position is responsible for research data collection and tracking through surveys and other mechanisms analysis benchmarking assessment and related planning and process to support the development and implementation of reports and projects for the Community Safety & WellBeing Office (CSWO) and particularly those within the Community Safety Action Plan (current and future iterations). The role will act as a central support resource for the entire division and support the role in special projects related to strategic and operational effectiveness and efficiency for the division. This role provides excellent customer service and develops and maintains relationships with internal partners external stakeholders and the community. The position requires independent decisionmaking the ability to work on multiple projects with varying complexities and the ability to prioritize and manage a full workload and meet deadlines.
