About the Role
We are proud to announce that we are creating a diverse leadership pool of qualified candidates for future Elementary Principal positions. We invite innovative collaborative and changefocused applications from current Elementary VicePrincipals and Principals. We strive to hire staff with a demonstrated practice of Human Rights antiracist antioppressive (ARAO) approaches to leadership. Throughout this calendar year weencourage applications from leaders whomaintainthe competency to confront and dismantle all forms of oppression to ensure students who are currently and historically underserved in our system excel. Principal Candidates Qualifications:
- Enrollment in or completion of the Principals Qualification Program Part Two (placement pending successful completion of PQP Part Two).
- Experience as a Vice Principal or Principal in the Elementary panel
- Enrollment in or completion of the Special Education Additional Qualification Part One or other commensurate experience
- Good Standing with the Ontario College of Teachers
