Job Description:
Under the supervision of the course coordinator the Teaching Assistant (TA) supports the delivery of the Health and Physical Assessment course for nursing students. This includes reviewing course content assisting with student learning participating in evaluation activities participating in anatomy labs and helping implement the course plan. TAs are available to answer student questions may assist during office hours or review sessions and contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment.
Salary: $37.34/hour

Qualifications:
Applicants must have successfully completed Health and Physical Assessment courses (NUR1338/339 or NUR1235/236 or NUR2534/535).
Masters or Doctoral student at McGill.
Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant for NUR1338 NUR1339 or NUR1235 NUR1236 or NUR2534 NUR2 535 is preferred.
Graduate teaching experience is an asset.
Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
