IRC was created in 1984 to represent the Inuvialuit and their rights and benefits obtained under one of Canadas oldest comprehensive land claim agreements. With assets over $1 billion not including vast land holdings IRC is responsible for corporate investment land management and a broad range of social cultural and economic programs and services benefiting Inuvialuit. Its subsidiaries have interests in grocery manufacturing property management transportation and significant dealings in the oil and gas industry.

JOB SUMMARY
Mamaqtuq is in search of a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our vibrant team.
As a Bartender you will be responsible for crafting delightful and visually appealing beverages while providing exceptional customer service. Your role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere taking orders and delivering a memorable drinking experience for our patrons.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mixology excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must be/have:
- Proven experience as a Bartender with a strong understanding of mixology techniques.
- Provides exceptional customer service to guests in an upbeat positive and professional manner.
- Appropriately groomed and willing to adhere to grooming policy.
- Able to lift at least 15 pounds and to stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant safety and compliance regulations.
- Flexibility to work daytime shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Certifications: Safe Serve and Food Safe.
