Position Available:

St. Michaels College School welcomes teacher applicants with the following qualifications abilities and experience:

  • Intermediate and Senior Divisions with qualifications in Music Instrumental

  • Honours Specialist Music is an asset

  • Member in Good Standing with the Ontario College of Teachers

  • Additional qualifications are deemed assets including Religious Education Part 1

  • Willingness to uphold the teachings and values of the Catholic faith and provide a letter from your parish priest confirming that you are a practicing Catholic

  • Working knowledge of the Ontario curriculum specifically with Growing Success

  • Ability to foster a caring and professional rapport with students faculty and staff and parents and guardians

  • Promotes collaboration by leveraging technology with platforms such as Zoom MS O365 recording video lessons using screen capture software etc.

  • Training and experience with inquiry based and problembased learning is an asset

  • Willingness to participate in the school s cocurricular programme

Reports to: Principal

Rate of Pay: As per the SMCSTA Collective Agreement.

202425 A4 range: Level 0 $ 75739.50 to Level 10 $132735.20
