This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fastpaced highgrowth SaaS environment. Youll play a critical role in expanding Mortys customer base by consulting prospective clientsloan officers brokers and mortgage professionalson our allinone Brokerage as a Service platform. Organized driven and highly consultative the ideal candidate will engage prospects across all segments from independent brokers to small team leaders. Youll confidently articulate Mortys value understand the unique challenges of the mortgage industry and help prospects unlock new growth opportunities.
What Your Team Does
Our Business Development team is the engine behind Mortys rapid growth. As the first point of contact with prospective customers youll educate them on how Morty can streamline their business improve operational efficiency and drive revenue growth. Your work directly impacts our sales pipeline and overall company performance.
What Youll Work On
- Conduct highvolume outbound prospecting (6575 calls per day) to drive new business opportunities.
- Engage prospects through phone email and social channels to qualify leads and set up platform demonstrations.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop territory strategies and optimize lead handoff.
- Build deep knowledge of the U.S. mortgage industry and the daytoday challenges faced by loan officers and brokers.
- Communicate Mortys value proposition: a fully integrated platform combining POS LOS pricing engine lender marketplace and backoffice compliance support.
- Stay sharp through regular sales training and apply best practices leveraging our sales methodology.
- Track all activities in HubSpot CRM and maintain strong pipeline hygiene.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly activity and opportunity generation KPIs.
- Report on weekly reports both qualitative and quantitative
What You Bring
- 1 years of sales experience or transferable skills including coldcalling and outbound prospecting.
- Curiosity and passion for technology and SaaS products.
- Strong organizational skills and a growth mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- A competitive drive and a genuine interest in helping small business owners succeed.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to SMB or financial services customers.
- BDR or SDR experience
- Familiarity with the mortgage or financial services industry.
- Training in leading sales methodologies like Sandler MEDDICC or Challenger.

Salary Range:base salary commission (OTE $75K$85K)
