Position Summary/Introduction

Current Accountability and Responsibilities
As a Talent Management Coordinator you will:
Assist with managing the Learning Management system including adding new courses managing nominations supporting the selection process generating reports and updating rosters or learning history as needed.
Offer administrative and analytical support for coordinating course schedules and related logistics including sending training invitations reminder notifications sending program evaluations creating surveys and questionnaires and performing followup tasks as required.
Keep track of training metrics by updating the dashboard with precise and meaningful insights ensuring key findings are shared with the team.
Manage and track invoice payments to ensure vendor payments are processed and updated and manage the Talent Management budget tracker.
Provide support to the Talent Management team with projects as needed to ensure they are completed efficiently timely and accurately.
What Youll Bring:
12 years of relevant work experience in a Human Resources department
Quick learner detailoriented with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to support projects and initiatives collaborative team player
Customercentric mindset coupled with excellent interpersonal skills
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport quickly and deliver outstanding internal and external customer service
