Are you ready for a sneakpeek in the day of a Logistic Support Operator in NetcompanyIntrasoft
As a Logistic Support Operator you will:
- Provide onsite IT support for hardware and software issues
- Prepare install and configure desktops laptops tablets and peripheral devices
- Maintain accurate inventory and asset records
- Coordinate hardware deliveries and handle device logistics
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues as needed
- Support users with daytoday IT requests and maintain service quality
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field
- At least 1 year of professional experience in the logistical management of goods and services
- Proven ability to effectively engage and liaise with end users
- Proficiency in using IT tools for business management
- Fluency in both English and French
- Willingness and availability to work onsite five days a week
