Key role responsibilities
The Learning and Development Designer is part of the Workforce Development Team and will play a leadership role in the development of NTVs internal and external training offerings ensuring that NTV is responsive to sector and client needs and reflect contemporary approaches to adult learning. It is desirable that the Learning and Development Designer has experience in the family violence sector and a strong understanding of the gendered nature of family violence
