About the Opportunity
We are seeking an organised and experienced Senior Business Support Officer for a job share position working 14 hours per week on Thursday and Friday.
In this role you will provide administrative support to the Environmental Health team and assist the Development & Environmental Health Compliance team as needed. Your main tasks will include processing Section 68 septic applications managing onsite sewage regulated premises public pool inspections and cooling tower checks all in line with Council policies and legislation. Youll also liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Business Administration (or similar) experience in a fast paced admin environment strong communication and negotiation skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite.

Remuneration
$37.62 $43.57 per hour plus superannuation
