In this role you will manage a portfolio of customers across Agribusiness to continue to drive our growth and support our Agribusiness communities. In return you will join a great team with a very inclusive and supportive environment.

In the role of Agribusiness Banking Manager you will join the Regional & Agri Business team thats doubling down on customer obsession/moving with speed/keeping it simple/owning it/winning together

Each day youll go above and beyond to:

  • Ensure success through understanding our clients unique businesses
  • Directly manage a complex portfolio of key clients and influencers
  • Implement and monitor strategic business plans
  • Utilise your networks within prefarmgate and postfarmgate local markets
  • Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
  • Coach and support the team to ensure efficient high quality customer service

  • Tertiary Qualifications
  • Experience and enjoyment of all aspects for financial analysis
  • Passion for relationship management
  • Passionate about helping customers understand the risk and profitability of their business to achieve their desired outcomes safely and effectively whilst balancing the right outcomes and risk.
  • Using your business development and relationship management skills you will provide financial advisory services fully integrated financial solutions and risk management for customers.
