Whats the role

Youll dive into the world of statistical models crafting and maintaining topnotch risk management and automated credit decisioning processes. This role is all about collaboration innovation and making a real impact. Youll work closely with managers and various teams to ensure our projects and compliance obligations are met seamlessly. Based in Sydney Brisbane or Melbourne you will be documenting processes and outcomes challenging existing methodologies and researching new techniques to enhance our capabilities.

What do I need

• Analytical skills: Youll need a strong ability to dissect complex data identify patterns and solve problems efficiently. Your keen eye for detail will help you develop robust models and improve existing ones.
• Technical proficiency: Experience with programming languages like SAS R Python SQL Matlab or VBA is essential. Youll be using these tools to manipulate data perform statistical analyses and create comprehensive reports.
• Team player: Collaboration is key. Youll work closely with various teams including analytics data and systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality of models. Building strong relationships and promoting knowledge sharing will be part of your daily routine.
• Proactive mindset: Always looking for ways to improve processes and methodologies. Youll challenge existing procedures suggest innovative solutions and add value to daytoday operations. Your proactive approach will drive continuous improvement.
• Communication skills: Clear and effective communication with stakeholders and audit teams is crucial. Youll provide regular updates manage audit reviews and ensure all processes are welldocumented and controlled.
