About the Role

As State Sales Manager youll lead our largest state team of field sales representatives and managers ensuring the execution of our sales strategy and the achievement of annual targets. Were looking for someone with strong commercial experience an enterprise mindset and a passion for coaching and developing others.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead and Develop:Partner with People Experience to build sales capability and a highperformance culture within your state.
  • Strategic Planning:Build and execute plans to deliver on critical business KPIs across multiple channels and categories.
  • Customer Relationships:Manage winning customer relationships that facilitate best in industry execution.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with account teams category teams activation teams sales capability and customer finance.
  • Financial Management:Successfully manage overhead KPIs to deliver optimal execution outcomes.
  • InsightsDriven Coaching:Leverage category insights and operational frameworks to coach the team in influencing customer decisions that drive category growth and deliver our annual plan.
