St Vincents Private Hospital Northside is an acute tertiary private Catholic hospital. We are known for our comprehensive critical care as well as inpatient and day patient services across a diverse range of medical and surgical disciplines. Our hospital has 227 beds 9 operating theatres 2 cardiac catheter laboratories a 17bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Day Oncology Unit Breast Health Centre Endoscopy Unit Cardiac Rehabilitation Unit and a 24hour private emergency centre provided by Brisbane Northside Emergency. Our specialties include breast health cancer care cardiology cardiothoracic surgery and orthopaedics.
This rewarding opportunity will see you join the St Vincents Private Hospital Northside as a Clinical Floor Coordinator Theatres. The position provides day to day management of the theatre team ensuring the provision of high quality safe patient care through efficient and effective management of human financial and material resources in the perioperative complex.

Things that work for us:
Registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) as a Registered Nurse
Postgraduate qualifications in leadership
Postgraduate qualifications in perioperative or anaesthetic nursing
Clinical expertise in the speciality area with a least 3 years perioperative experience
Demonstrated leadership in managing high performance teams
Exceptional organisational and coordination skills
Demonstrated participation in education activities
Demonstrated success in achievement of organisational targets in resource management work hours budgeting bed management/utilisation workforce planning safety and management of labour costs
Experience in providing advanced clinical care consistent with the mission and philosophy of the facility
