About the role
Provide executive support to the SVHNS CEO including diary email travel and financial management
Manage the CEOs correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
Support corporate governance requirements and the preparation of committee papers agendas and minutes
Lead a team of 6 Executive Assistants (5 direct reports 1 indirect report)
Foster a collaborative team environment focused on exceptional service
Oversee the teams administrative operations ensuring efficient workflows and resource utilisation
About you
Experience in providing highlevel executive support in a large and complex organisation
Experience in leading administrative teams to achieve high performance and a positive work environment
Wellorganised can solve problems effectively and can manage a busy workload with tight deadlines
Good interpersonal skills capable of building positive relationships and maintaining strict confidentiality
Good written communication skills and strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft
Good understanding of corporate governance and experience in activity reporting
Able to work from the hospital Monday to Friday with the occasional workfromhome day
