About the role

  • Provide executive support to the SVHNS CEO including diary email travel and financial management

  • Manage the CEOs correspondence with internal and external stakeholders

  • Support corporate governance requirements and the preparation of committee papers agendas and minutes

  • Lead a team of 6 Executive Assistants (5 direct reports 1 indirect report)

  • Foster a collaborative team environment focused on exceptional service

  • Oversee the teams administrative operations ensuring efficient workflows and resource utilisation

About you

  • Experience in providing highlevel executive support in a large and complex organisation

  • Experience in leading administrative teams to achieve high performance and a positive work environment

  • Wellorganised can solve problems effectively and can manage a busy workload with tight deadlines

  • Good interpersonal skills capable of building positive relationships and maintaining strict confidentiality

  • Good written communication skills and strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft

  • Good understanding of corporate governance and experience in activity reporting

  • Able to work from the hospital Monday to Friday with the occasional workfromhome day
