Job Description
Imaging Associates (IA) is a doctorled highly respected and rapidly growing radiology business with practices across the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne Gippsland and Wagga Wagga. IA prides itself on providing cutting edge diagnostic imaging services with a focus on clinical and patient excellence.
General Sonographer Phillip Island and/or Wonthaggi Hospital
Wonthaggi Hospital services the Bass Coast and South Gippsland shire communities and offers a range of services including Pathology Acute Ward Radiology Theatre and Maternity. The Imaging Associates team is excited by the opportunity to provide radiology services to the community in this region and seek to engage a highly qualified and dedicated radiography team providing a range of highquality imaging services.
We are looking to recruit a GeneralSonographer fulltime or parttime to join our passionate and dedicated team at our Wongthaggi and/or Phillip Island clinic schedule to open in July.

What are we looking for
IA is a patientfirst organisation and its important to us that our patients feel personally cared for. Your caring and compassionate approach combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills will see you thrive in this role.
To be successful you will need to possess the following:
- Competent and experienced Sonographer
- ASAR Accreditation
- Previous experience working in a fastpaced and busy hospital setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with and put patients at ease
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
- Experience working autonomously and part of a team
- Familiarity with GE E9/E10 and Philips machines desirable but no essential
