Were seeking an experienced MFM Sonographer to step into a Charge Sonographer role in College Station. Youll serve as the lead point of contact representing our team with professionalism while supporting daily operations training and team development. WHAT YOULL DO:
- Team Member Training:Oversee the training and development of clinical team members ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Equipment Maintenance:Direct IT tickets for equipment maintenance and ensure that all imaging equipment is properly maintained and functioning optimally.
- Daily Quality Assurance:Conduct daily quality assurance checks in the clinic to ensure both client and team satisfaction with the services provided.
- Back-Office Support:Provide support to the clinical team with administrative tasks and ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Lead Morning Huddle:Lead the morning huddle with sonographers and technical assistants to review the upcoming clinical schedule highlight training or development initiatives and address any concerns.
- Manage Clinical Workflow:Strategically manage the clinical workflow including staggering lunches relieving team members as needed and ensuring clinic efficiency and meeting daily operational needs.
- Client and Staff Communication:Act as the primary point of contact for doctors nurses sonographers and scheduling staff representing BB Imaging in a positive and professional manner.
- Liaison Role:Serve as the liaison between the Director of Regional Services People & Culture and the clinical team facilitating communication and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and initiatives.
- Other duties assigned by managers
WHO YOU ARE:
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) credential with an OB/GYN specialty
- 3 years MFM experience and/or 4 years of OB experience
- Registered in Fetal Echocardiogram (FE) preferred
RISK OF EXPOSURE TO BLOODBORNE PATHOGENS:Category 1 - Tasks involve exposure to blood body fluids or tissues.
**This is an hourly non-exempt opportunity.
