This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of aviation learning workforce transformation and industry engagement at RMIT.
About the Role
As the Manager Learning Innovation and Industry Partnerships you will drive the development and delivery of innovative practicebased programs that meet the evolving needs of the aviation sector. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners youll lead the codesign and commercialisation of innovative practicebased learning programs in partnership with industry ensuring RMIT remains at the forefront of aviation education.
Working across RMITs Colleges central portfolios and with external partners you will drive the development of flexible and modular learning pathways that align with emerging workforce needs. You will be responsible for leading strategic partnership development and business development activities that convert opportunities into impactful revenuegenerating teaching products.
What Youll Bring
Significant industry experience in developing and leading training and education partnerships within the aviation sector.
A proven track record in designing and implementing innovative flexible learning models that address current and future workforce demands.
Strong project management and organisational skills with experience leading crossfunctional teams and managing multiple priorities.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated commercial acumen including experience with business development proposal writing and converting opportunities into successful programs.
A strong understanding of quality assurance and compliance frameworks in vocational or higher education.
A genuine passion for lifelong learning and improving student outcomes alongside a deep commitment to equity diversity and inclusion.
A relevant tertiary qualification and extensive professional experience in education business development or a related discipline.
