Job Description
Position Overview
As an Intern Game Artist youll play an integral role in the game development process actively contributing to the creation and refinement of visual assets environments and character designs. Working under the guidance of our design directors and closely with senior artists youll help bring the games artistic vision to life while gaining valuable handson experience in concept art asset creation and polishing ingame visuals.
The internship will be fulltime and will last for a period of six months.
Qualifications :
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating 2D or 3D game assets such as props environments and textures.
- Support the art team with concept sketches mood boards and visual research.
- Help organize and maintain art assets within the game engine.
- Receive and apply feedback to improve and refine artwork.
- Participate in playtests and provide input on visual presentation.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing your artistic skills creativity and understanding of game art styles.
- Completed or currently pursuing a degree in Game Art Illustration 3D Art or a related field.
- A strong passion for game art with a keen eye for detail and composition.
- Familiarity with industrystandard art tools such as Photoshop Blender Maya or Substance Painter.
- Basic knowledge of game engines (preferably Unreal Engine or Unity).
- Strong creative and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work well within a team and effectively communicate artistic ideas.
