The Role
We are looking for a Cost Administrator to join our team on a 6month fixedterm contract for the Inland Rail Albury to Parkes Enhancement Project.. As a crucial team member youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial success and efficiency of this groundbreaking rail project
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for the efficient and accurate collation of delivery dockets plant dockets and goods receipting of purchase orders.
- Responsible for the efficient and accurate collation of supporting data and documentation for client payment claim substantiation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting.
- Assist project team with procurement and preparation / closeout of purchase orders.
- Other admin duties as required to support the finance and project teams.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in in cost administration role in a construction environment is preferable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effectively multitask and prioritise workload.
- Ability to engage in effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Consistently meet timelines and deliver on commitments.
- Display initiative and have a proactive approach to delivering the role.
