Drive Quality Compliance & Continuous Improvement in Aged Care
Position: Quality Business Partner
Location: Bene Padre Pio Woodville North Adelaide SA
Employment Type: Fulltime
At Bene Aged Care we are committed to delivering exceptional care and services that improve the lives of older Australians. We are now seeking a proactive and experienced Quality Business Partner to support our quality risk and clinical governance functions across residential and home care services.
Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager youll play a vital role in promoting service excellence driving continuous improvement and supporting regulatory compliance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to implement and monitor quality risk and governance systems.
- Support audits accreditation and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Drive the development and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Analyse data to identify trends risks and opportunities for service enhancement.
- Facilitate feedback complaints and continuous improvement processes.
- Support education and staff engagement in quality and compliance practices.
What Youll Bring
- Minimum 3 years experience in quality risk or compliance in aged care or health.
- Strong understanding of aged care legislation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience supporting accreditation and audit processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A current Drivers License and National Police Clearance.
Desirable
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Qualification in project or change management.
- Understanding of current reform and clinical governance in aged care.
